Why TPO Was the Right Choice
For this project, we installed a Thermoplastic Polyolefin (TPO) roofing system, one of the most popular materials for commercial flat roofs.
TPO is a single-ply membrane made from a blend of rubbers and reinforcing fillers, designed to provide both durability and flexibility. One of its key benefits is its heat-reflective surface, which helps improve energy efficiency by reflecting sunlight rather than absorbing it.
